My Visit to Sun & Sea Collective at The Point, El Segundo
Share
This weekend I stopped by Sun & Sea Collective at The Point in El Segundo, and I’m so glad I did. I didn’t showcase my jewelry this time — I simply went to explore — but the experience left me inspired and excited for the future.
From the moment I walked in, the space had this effortless coastal charm. Light, bright, and beautifully curated, it’s the kind of place that immediately makes you slow down and take in all the details. The jewelry pop-ups inside were especially impressive — a mix of unique designs, thoughtful displays, and makers who clearly pour their heart into their work.
As I wandered around, I couldn’t help imagining my own pieces there one day. The crowd was lively but warm: families out for the day, friends browsing together, people stopping in after grabbing lunch nearby. It was exactly the kind of audience I love — curious, stylish, and open to discovering something new.
Watching customers interact with the different brands made me think about how special it is when someone connects with a piece of jewelry. It reminded me why I love creating in the first place. Even though I wasn’t showcasing this time, the visit felt like a glimpse into what’s possible.
Sun & Sea Collective has a way of making makers feel welcomed and supported, even as a visitor. Leaving the shop, I felt inspired, encouraged, and excited about the idea of doing a pop-up there in the future.
If you’re ever at The Point, definitely stop by — not just to shop, but to experience the creativity and community that make the space so special. And who knows… maybe the next time you visit, you’ll see my pieces there, too.
